The Multicultural School
The Multicultural School has two programmes of study, a study programme for disabled students and a study programme for new citizens of Iceland:

Online applications are on the Educational Gateway (Menntagátt) of the Icelandic Ministry of Education, Science and Culture.
The study programme for new citizens of Iceland is intensive with emphasis on Icelandic, computer subjects and mathematics. The programme is intended for recent immigrants who want to learn Icelandic and adapt their knowledge of English, mathematics and computer subjects to the requirements of Icelandic upper secondary schools.

The study programme for disabled students is for students who have received extensive study assistance on the compulsory school level. Study programme for disabled students.
Janus rehabilitation Ltd. provides a rehabilitation programme in the school for individuals who have had to leave work or school due to health problems, but want to rejoin the workforce.
