The School of Hairdressing

Study programmes: Hairdressing, matriculation examination.

The objective of the study programme is that upon completion, the students will be qualified to provide the comprehensive service offered in hair salons. The study finishes with a journeyman's examination which provides qualifications to pursue the trade and/or to enter the study towards becoming a master craftsman.

The study is an excellent preparation for further studies such as at art academies. The average duration of the study programme is four years with five semesters of learning in school and 72 weeks of practical training. To graduate with a matriculation, an additional two to three years of general academic studies are required.
