Dear students

It is almost the end of the semester and we want to point out some important things to keep in mind before the end of the semester.

End of the semester

The last day of school according to the study programme  and timetables is published in the school calendar, but the end of classes may vary from course to course. More information about the organization of each course can be found on Inna.

The 12th and 15th of December are assessment days, and it depends on the organization of the course whether students have to attend exams, work on projects or hand in the last projects, but each student will receive information about this from their teacher.

Exams and assignments

Teachers will post exams and assignments in Inna so that students can see exactly when all assignments are due and when all exams are to be taken. Students are encouraged to review this carefully in all courses and to be in contact with their teachers if they have questions or comments.

Final grades, evaluations and feedback

Final grades will be published in Inna on Wednesday, December 16th, and students are encouraged to look at their evaluations and review each grade. Teachers will be available for interviews in their departments from 10:00–12:00.

Student services

Emphasis is placed on providing students with good assistance in their studies and we would like to point out to you the services that the school offers:

Study Lab
Students can receive help with exams and assistance with assignments and essays.
Library
At the libraries, students can easily access information and sources for study and teaching.
Extra Classes
The school offers extra classes in various subjects and students are encouraged to take advantage of them.
Student Counsellor Services
Student Counsellors assist students with various matters related to their studies and academic progress.

Technical College Graduation

The Technical College Graduation will be in Elborg hall in Harpa, Sunday, December 21st at 13:00.
